1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Riners, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the game.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the game or any related intellectual property.

3. Accounts

Authentication is provided through Google Play Games Services.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• the Terms are violated
• cheating or abuse is detected
• security risks are identified

We do not guarantee permanent access to accounts or progress.

4. User generated content (chat)

Players may communicate using in-game text chat.

By using chat you agree that:

• Messages may be stored and processed
• Messages may be reviewed for moderation purposes
• Messages may be used to investigate rule violations

You remain responsible for any content you send.

5. Prohibited behavior

Players must not:

• Harass or threaten other players
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Share illegal, offensive, or explicit content
• Spam or advertise
• Impersonate others
• Exploit bugs or cheat

6. Moderation and enforcement

To enforce these rules we may:

• Monitor chat messages
• Remove messages
• Mute players
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts

These actions may occur without prior notice.

7. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.

• Refunds follow Google Play policies
• Virtual items have no real-world value
• Virtual items may be modified or removed

8. Availability of service

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the game
• We are not responsible for user behavior in chat

10. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the game.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the game indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
